The beauty of the quiet - until suddenly! An Angel of the Lord appears to share a life-changing message. We begin this episode with an interactive experience: imagining life as a shepherd that wondrous night so long ago.
We’re walking through the story of the shepherds' experience in the Christmas story, from the book of Luke. What an awesome experience the shepherds must have had. In this episode:
- Shepherds in the field watching their sheep
- The angel of the Lord and the message from God
- The myriad of angels praising God
- Going to the manger to see the baby Jesus, our Savior
- Spreading the Good News of great joy
Was the great news the shepherds received, just for them? No, it was for ALL people - that includes you!
Let's take time to ponder, like Mary did, what Jesus, our Savior is to us.
Out of the darkness came the light of the world.
